Temi: digitalizzazione dei servizi finanziari, di strumenti per promuovere l’economia reale garantendo accesso al credito e di sostenibilità del sistema.

L’evento organizzato da RCS Academy e Corriere della Sera ha rappresentato un’importante occasione di confronto sui temi strategici legati agli scenari economici e geopolitici globali, con un focus sul ruolo degli investimenti e sulle strategie finanziarie per accompagnare lo sviluppo dell’Europa. La partecipazione di autorevoli rappresentanti delle istituzioni, delle imprese e del settore bancario ha consentito di approfondire le principali sfide e opportunità per la crescita economica del continente.

Tematiche principali affrontate

Autonomia europea nei pagamenti digitaliPiero Cipollone, membro del Comitato Esecutivo della Banca Centrale Europea, ha messo in evidenza una significativa vulnerabilità dell’Unione Europea: il 64% delle transazioni con carta avviene attraverso circuiti non europei, con un incremento delle commissioni (scheme fees) dal 2018 al 2022. In questo contesto, l’introduzione dell’Euro digitale rappresenta una priorità per accrescere l’autonomia e il ruolo dell’euro come valuta di riserva e mezzo di scambio a livello internazionale. Ruolo del sistema bancarioIstituzioni bancarie di primo piano hanno discusso il proprio contributo per supportare le imprese in un contesto globale complesso. Roberto Parazzini di Deutsche Bank Italia ha sottolineato la necessità di superare il tradizionale modello di credito bancario, mentre Alessandro Decio di Banco Desio ha evidenziato l’importanza di modelli sostenibili per le banche di prossimità. Marianna Leoni di BCG e altri rappresentanti bancari, tra cui Angelo Campani di Credem e Riccardo Corino del Gruppo BCC Iccrea, hanno ribadito il ruolo sociale degli istituti di credito nel favorire lo sviluppo territoriale. Sostegno alle PMI e diversificazione dei mercatiPaolo Gerardini di Assolombarda ha evidenziato l’importanza di diversificare i mercati di sbocco per le piccole e medie imprese, un elemento cruciale per garantire resilienza e crescita. Francesco Sciaudone di Grimaldi Alliance ha sottolineato l’importanza di un approccio strategico e legale per favorire l’internazionalizzazione delle imprese. Rappresentanti di Confcommercio hanno invece discusso l’accesso al credito per le microimprese, un tema centrale per sostenere le attività locali. Transizione green e finanza sostenibileFrancesco Beccali di Terna ha presentato il piano di investimenti da 2 miliardi di euro destinato alla creazione di una rete elettrica digitale per trasportare energia rinnovabile dal Sud al Nord Italia, utilizzando tecnologie avanzate come sensori e intelligenza artificiale. Valerio Capizzi di ING ha illustrato l’impegno del settore finanziario nel raggiungere un target globale di prestiti annui fino a 7 miliardi di euro per progetti legati alla sostenibilità ambientale. Il futuro delle transazioni digitaliLuca Corti di Mastercard ha annunciato che, entro il 2025, in Italia le transazioni digitali supereranno per la prima volta quelle in contanti, segnando un traguardo significativo verso una società più digitale e cashless.

L’evento ha sottolineato la necessità di un approccio strategico e coordinato che combini innovazione, investimenti mirati e collaborazione tra istituzioni e imprese. Grazie ai contributi di attori chiave come Grimaldi Alliance, è emerso un quadro chiaro delle priorità per rafforzare la competitività dell’Europa e favorire una crescita economica sostenibile e inclusiva.

COURSE STRUCTURE

The course consists of ten weekly sessions of one hour each, scheduled for 7.15 p.m. Sessions will cover key areas such as posture improvement, breathing techniques for stress management, and meditation for deep relaxation.

Dal 6 aprile 2025 il Regno Unito potrebbe abolire il regime fiscale per iresidenti non domiciliati (Res Non Dom), sostituendolo con un nuovo regime speciale di 4 anni.

A partire dal quinto anno, tutti i residenti potrebbero essere soggetti a tassazione ordinaria sui redditi globali, spingendo molti contribuenti a valutare il trasferimento verso Paesi conregimi fiscali più favorevoli.

Durante l’incontro analizzeremo le possibili novità della riforma, le opportunità di trasferimento per High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) in Svizzera e Italia, che offrono regimi forfettari analoghi, e le ultime novità sulla base delle prese di posizione del Governo inglese.
