Giovanna Puppo della Gherardesca has acquired specialized experience in Corporate Governance, M&A, Private Equity, International Contracts, Commercial, Corporate and Antitrust Law.
She has gained significant expertise in transnational transactions and regularly assists Italian and multinational companies (in the H&S, automotive, fashion & luxury sectors), supporting the latter in negotiating acquisitions, divestitures, investment agreements and shareholders' agreements, distribution and outsourcing agreements, development strategies abroad (France, Poland, China and UAE).
