Vincenzo Volpe has gained specific experience in assisting clients, including in litigation, in the field of national and EU law, in administrative law and regulatory matters, with particular reference to the infrastructure sector, environmental law, public contracts, public utilities, as well as in the field of concessions of public assets, town planning, energy law and construction.
He advises private clients and Public Administrations in the evaluation of public profiles in procedures for the acquisition, merger and disposal of companies, as well as in procedures for the privatization of Public Companies and the disposal of State real estate assets.
