Mirthe van Kesteren​ is a senior finance lawyer with extensive experience in structuring international transactions across both developed and  developing markets and legal systems. She specializes in trade and commodity transactions and is recognized as a leading practitioner in this field. Mirthe represents corporates, including commodity producers, processors and traders, and financial institutions, including banks, funds and family offices.  Mirthe was previously a senior partner at an international law firm where she led the London-based Trade & Commodity Finance and Emerging Markets Banking practices and co-led the CIS and Ukraine Desks.
