Alessio Riato has gained specific experience in corporate crisis and debt restructuring in both extrajudicial and judicial settings. He acts as advisor and certifier in crisis settlement procedures mainly before the Courts of Venice, Padua and Treviso (agreements in execution of certified recovery plans pursuant to art. 56 CCII, debt restructuring agreements pursuant to art. 57 CCII, management of tax credits and contributions pursuant to articles 63 and 88 CCII and composition with creditors pursuant to art. 84 et seq. CCII). He has experience in negotiated crisis settlements (NCC). He is Crisis Manager at the Organismo di Composizione della Crisi da Sovraindebitamento of the ODCEC of Venice.

Alessio Riato acts as CTU, Curator, Judicial Commissioner, Custodian and Delegate at the Court of Venice and takes on the role of CTP in litigations concerning company law issues and liability actions against Directors and Control Bodies at various Italian Courts. Finally, he has developed particular expertise in M&A transactions and corporate taxation.
