Vanessa Perazzolo has specific experience in defense in the context of arbitration proceedings, especially in procurement matters and in ordinary court litigation in civil, commercial, bankruptcy and banking law.
Vanessa also advises in precautionary and preventive preventive investigations, assets and real estate enforcement proceedings, mediation and assisted negotiation proceedings. She has provided assistance in the judicial management of transactions concerning portfolios of non-performing loans.
She advises, in and out of court, plant engineering, construction, multi-utility, as well as stone, mechanical and chemical companies.
She has gained significant experience in the area of procurement, both public and private, with a focus on Temporary Associations of Companies.
Vanessa has also gained experience in the areas of labor law and bankruptcy law, with particular emphasis on litigation regarding dismissals and occupational diseases and assistance in conciliation procedures.
