Paola Sepe has gained extensive experience in structured finance, in particular in securitisation transactions. During her professional career, she has advised arrangers, securityholders, agents and securityholders' representatives in the context of securitisation transactions with different structures (including multi-issue transactions, revolving transactions and transactions involving the issuance of partly-paid securities) and involving different types of asset classes (including, healthcare receivables, trade receivables, impaired receivables). He also has experience in financial and banking litigation, having assisted Italian financial institutions and banks in litigation and arbitration, as well as in enforcement proceedings.
