Matteo Stradiotto has acquired specific experience in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on M&A transactions, often spanning multiple jurisdictions. He assists both buyers and sellers in transactions involving the purchase and sale of shareholdings held by private equity funds.
He regularly assists national and international clients in extraordinary management transactions (acquisitions and divestments of companies and shareholdings, mergers, demergers, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures), as well as in corporate governance and corporate contracting, with a focus on the food, fashion, chemical and metallurgical sectors.
He has gained significant experience in the energy sector, in transactions involving the purchase and sale of renewable energy plants.
He has also assisted numerous entrepreneurs in generational transition, asset protection and family planning.
