Marta Semeraro focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, assisting both Italian and foreign clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, divestments, transfers of businesses, sale and purchase of shareholdings and companies, and joint ventures.
He also advises on corporate governance, contractual and commercial matters.
