Mario Emanuele Panu has gained a significant experience in banking department, advising financial institutions, asset management companies and investment funds, corporate groups in domestic and cross-border, syndicated or bilateral financing transactions, including acquisition financing, real estate financing as well as general corporate lending transactions.

He also advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, private equity transactions, as well as on strategic commercial contracts and day-to-day corporate issues. Previously, he was Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament, in Brussels.
