Marcello Trombetta has acquired specialized expertise in providing legal assistance and advice to companies operating on both national and international scale, across diverse sectors and areas of labour law, trade union and industrial relations, and civil law.
He specializes in labour law and industrial relations, encompassing corporate restructuring, voluntary redundancy incentive plans; individual and collective dismissals; subcontracting agreements, principal liability, secondments and transfers. Additionally he offers guidance in M&A transactions.
In the domain of trade union law, Marcello oversees the drafting of disciplinary code and policies, corporate welfare plans, and provides support in MBO operations. He also offers assistance to company directors, and assistance involving expatriates. He also assists clients within the context of inspections by administrative bodies and subsequent litigation against INPS, INAIL and Ministry of Labour assessments, as well as ensuring workplace safety.
Within the conciliation realm, he facilitates labour law settlements, offers advice and handles litigation related to the aforementioned matters.
In litigation and arbitration, Marcello manages disputes concerning commercial contracts and tenders; disputes on compensation for damage to individuals and property; disputes on insurance matters; debt collection activities; disputes relating to assessments, notices of debit against ADER and the Inland Revenue Agency.
