Giulia Lovaste has gained specific experience in international commercial law and related subjects, in EU law on the harmonisation of banking and financial law, also in the light of new emerging technologies.
Before joining Grimaldi, she worked with the President of the First Chamber at the Court of Appeal of Milan, an experience during which she mainly worked in the field of corporate, banking and financial law, as well as in the field of financial arbitration and related matters.
Before that, Giulia worked at an international law firm in New York, where she mainly specialised in business law, in particular in the entry of Italian companies into the American market.
