In the commercial sector, she provides contractual consultincy in civil and commercial matters, including international matters.
In the area of litigation and arbitration, he has gained extensive experience in handling ordinary litigation of both a domestic and international nature, including in banking law.
He has also acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings mainly of an international nature, both administered (Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, Court of Arbitration of the Milan Chamber of Commerce) and non-administered.
