He is also an expert in domestic and international contracts, public and private tenders, sales/leases of real estate complexes and, in general, commercial law, and in this field of activity he assists companies belonging to the most varied sectors.
He has also acquired considerable expertise in corporate restructuring and reorganisation operations, also in the specific context of generational handover.
