Francesco Lonardi has gained specific experience in the field of civil law, bankruptcy and business crisis management.
He provides assistance and advice to Italian companies and to bodies of insolvency proceedings, with particular reference to: legal advice and assistance in insolvency proceedings, such as concordati preventivi in continuità aziendale, concordati fallimentari; legal advice in corporate and debt restructuring transactions; legal advice to bodies of insolvency proceedings and assistance in litigation, such as revocatory actions; ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions; legal due diligence.
