Her expertise includes the drafting, review, and negotiation of both domestic and international commercial contracts across various industries (such as food & beverage, luxury goods, industrial plants, EPC projects, infrastructure, and construction contracts based on the FIDIC, ICC, NEC, and Orgalime models).
In recent years, Filomena has developed specific proficiency in data protection and IT security. She provides comprehensive consultancy services covering all aspects of data protection and IT security, supporting prominent companies.
Prior to joining Grimaldi Alliance, she worked at leading Italian firms renowned for advising both domestic and international clients.
