Fausto Matera has gained specific experience in national, EU and international tax law.
He assists clients in tax litigation and pre-litigation procedures, whose areas of intervention include: assistance and advice during tax audits; assistance and advice in cross-examinations and adhesion proceedings following tax acts; assistance in judicial conciliation procedures; and advocacy before the Court of Tax Justice at first and second instance.
She also provides ordinary and extraordinary tax assistance and advice for groups of companies in the national and international arena and for individuals in matters of tax residence.
