Eduardo Savarese has developed specific expertise in civil enforcement and corporate crisis management (having served as a delegated judge for insolvency proceedings at the courts of Nola and Naples from 2010 to 2025).
He has extensive experience in public and private international law, with a particular focus on ECtHR case law, international trade, foreign investment protection and international arbitration, as well as cross-border insolvency.
