Luca Dezzani has acquired specialized expertise in tax, corporate, finance and international litigation, with particular reference to domestic and international M&A transactions, financial markets, structured finance, savings protection, trusts and successions, corporate reorganizations, extraordinary transactions and employee incentive plans.
At the forefront of savings protection in major international financial defaults and disruptions, Luca assists bondholders, shareholders and investors in derivative instruments through class and individual lawsuits aimed at recovering lost capital.
He regularly assists clients in international litigation, including appearances in the High Court and Court of Appeal in London, the Courts of the Commonwealth States, Dutch Courts, and international arbitrations.
