Giulio De Virgilio specializes in the public and private sector.
He has developed profound expertise in managing real estate assets - both for the tertiary and service sector - particularly used for office, residential, hospitality and shopping centre purposes.
Giulio primarily advises real estate developers and investors on new constructions or conversion of already existing assets. He has extensive project management experience, overseeing the entire pipeline of real estate development and redevelopment.
In the field of construction and tenders, he also assists clients in beauty contests, both for the award of technical-design assignments and the selection of contractors. He is involved in the negotiation and execution phases of tender contracts, and handles any disputes that arise during the works.
