Daniela Fioretti has gained specific experience in the different areas of administrative law, EU law, competition law and regulation.
In particular, Daniela deals with sectoral regulations (energy, telecommunications, transport, network infrastructures, airports and ports), incentives for renewable energy sources, authorisation procedures for large plants, competition and consumer protection, regulation of public companies, public contracts. Of particular note is the experience gained in the areas of state aid, antitrust merger control, abuse of dominant position and cartels, consumer protection, Golden Power as well as environmental law. Daniela has assisted national and international clients in preliminary proceedings before the European Commission, ordinary and administrative courts and regulatory and supervisory authorities (Antitrust Authority, Transport Regulatory Authority, others). In 2023, Daniela was named ‘Leading Individual’ by The Legal 500 (EU and competition law section).
