Daniel Fesler serves as the managing partner at Grimaldi Alliance's Belgian office.
He mainly specializes in commercial litigation, with a focus on technology-related issues. Renowned as an expert in administrative law litigation, Daniel also represents clients before the Belgian Council of State.
In addition to his litigation expertise, Daniel provides strategic counsel on criminal and compliance matters, offering guidance in connection with dawn raids (surprise inspections), police interrogations and internal investigations. He brings extensive experience in criminal economy cases, including those referred to the European Public Prosecutor's Office.
He is well-versed in information technology, telecommunications, data protection and e-commerce, assisting clients in identifying e-commerce solutions which take into account the different legal aspects of online business, and assists them in data protection and IT security compliance issues.
Daniel's specialisation in smart mobility, intelligent transport systems and connected cars is underscored by his deep understanding of EU legislation in these domains.
He also advises companies on a wide range of commercial matters, especially with regards to commercial contracts.
