Carlo Cugnasca possesses specialized expertise in tax matters, having assisted numerous companies and private equity funds in several extraordinary national and international transactions involving the acquisition of companies and business units as well as in the reorganisation of corporate groups and debt restructuring procedures.
He also specializes in financial and real estate taxation, energy sector taxation, tax litigation, trusts, tax and estate planning, as well as issues related to the implementation of international accounting standards.
Prior to joining Grimaldi Studio Legale, Carlo collaborated with esteemed law firms.
