Cristiano Cerchiai has gained specific experience in advising and assisting companies in financial and tax matters with particular reference to extraordinary transactions and corporate reorganisations, corporate restructuring operations, tax litigation and drafting tax opinions.
He deals with extraordinary transactions, participating in acquisition/disposal transactions of companies with leading institutional investors, as well as numerous corporate restructuring transactions based on the different instruments offered by the regulations in force from time to time.
He assists family groups in generational transition processes, researching the most efficient solutions from a civil and tax point of view.
She is a tax consultant for various multinational groups operating in Italy, mainly in the shipping, industrial and service sectors.
