Giovanna Comunian has extensive experience in public policy, public procurement, and legal projects. She has been involved in a variety of projects for the EU Commission and she has advised international clients, by providing legal opinions in relation to AI, new technologies, digital services and TMT. She regularly assists companies and multinational groups in complying with the European legal framework.
