Carlo Novik has developed specific expertise in the field of administrative law, specifically, in the field of energy and public contracts. He has assisted public companies Principals operating in the field of energy, both in relation to the phase of awarding and execution of public procedures (in open, restricted or negotiated competitive procedures), and in the phase of contract execution (penalties, tariff adjustments, terminations, withdrawals, variants etc.).
He is the author of numerous publications in the field of criminal law, a field in which in 2020 he received his Ph.D. from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, and for years he has been teaching at universities and in Preparation Courses for the Bar Examination.
Prior to joining GA, Carlo worked at a renowned firm specializing in administrative law.
