Carlo Angelici has extensive experience in Corporate M&A and Corporate Governance. He has actively contributed to corporate law reform through his participation in various government commissions, including those established at the Ministry of Justice and the Mirone Commission. He has played significant roles as Italian Government Delegate to UNCITRAL and as Legal Advisor to the Ministry of the Treasury. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of major Italian companies He has also held key positions on the Boards of Directors of major listed companies.
