He has handled numerous extraordinary transactions (sales and acquisitions of shareholdings and companies/businesses, reorganisations of corporate groups, etc.).
In the energy sector, he supports clients in the development and acquisition of projects in the energy, energy efficiency and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on plants powered by renewable sources, PPAs, and, in particular, in the related contracting and project finance, as well as in BOT and BOOT projects.
