Maddalena Boffoli has gained specific experience in providing legal assistance and advice to leading companies operating nationally and internationally, in all sectors and areas of labour, trade union and industrial relations law, civil law, corporate law and privacy.
Within the labour and trade union law, she offers guidance in both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, company transfers, company organisations, management of remuneration policies, drafting of employment contracts, and management of labour relations.
In corporate law, she provides assistance and advice during the genetic phase and the ordinary administration phase of companies, handling matters resulting therefrom, conducting corporate Due Diligence activities and facilitating any extraordinary corporate transactions.
In civil law, she specializes in Credit Recovery activities and in business contracts, and provides continuous assistance throughout all stages of business activity, from incorporation to development, consolidation, and reorganisation.
With a wealth of experience in privacy law, Maddalena has a long-standing experience in the privacy and confidentiality sectors, and also provides assistance to her clients in personal data protection matters, conducting audits and reviews of corporate privacy policies, preparing privacy documents and forms, overseeing the transfer of personal data, and providing strategic advice on GDPR compliance.
