Stefano Bianchi has cultivated a wealth of expertise in corporate, commercial and bankruptcy law with a focus on corporate restructuring.
He has a track record of providing assistance to leading multinational and Italian companies across various sectors, both in judicial and extrajudicial settings, having gained extensive experience in corporate, M&A and commercial transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
He regularly engages in international commercial contracts. With a specific focus on corporate crisis, he provides advice and assistance in prominent insolvency proceedings with both domestic and international dimensions. His scope includes debt restructuring and liquidation, and he extends assistance to creditors, in and out of court, with disputed interests in bankruptcy proceedings.
For over two decades, he has developed extensive experience in international advisory, particularly in the LatAm area where, on the one hand, he regularly assists Italian and European companies in commercial and M&A transactions in these markets and, on the other, advises Latin American companies operating in Italy and Europe.
