Bernardo Giorgio Mattarella is an expert in Administrative Law, with a particular focus on Energy, Infrastructure and Telecommunications.
He has held several senior positions, including Deputy Editor and Editor-in-Chief of a quarterly journal on public law. Bernardo has served on the scientific boards of several law journals and actively contributed as a member and member of the scientific committees of various cultural associations and foundations.
In the institutional field, he has experience as a study assistant at the Constitutional Court, a member of ministerial study commissions, and a participant in parliamentary hearings on public law issues. Additionally, he has also served as Head of the Legislative Office of two ministers, where he played a key role in formulating public policy.
