Barbara Minella has gained specific professional experience in legal assistance and consultancy in all sectors and areas of Labour Law, trade unions and industrial relations (including disciplinary proceedings also against top management figures for violations of the Organisation and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and the Code of Ethics, dismissals, transfers, company reorganisations, issues within the scope of tender, subcontracting and transport contracts, drafting and reviewing company regulations and policies, protection of company assets and defence against unlawful competition and employee transfers, company welfare, equality certification, whistleblowing, due diligence activities on all aspects of Labour Law and analysis of Labour Law issues in relation to M&A operations, restructuring, outsourcing).
