Barbara Amadeo has gained specific experience in advising large multinational corporations, investment banks and private equity funds in tax law matters relating to international tax planning, financial products and structured finance.
He assists his clients in tax planning and tax litigation in Italy.
Her main areas of activity include Italian and international tax law, with particular reference to capital & loan markets and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.
