Anna Maria Mazzoni primarily assists Italian and foreign clients in corporate, commercial, and real estate matters. She specializes in drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, joint venture and investment agreements, and various other commercial and real estate contracts. Prior to joining the Firm, she gained substantial experience in real estate and M&A transactions at a prestigious international law firm in Milan.
