Alessio Briganti has gained specific experience in privacy consulting, with a particular focus on the non-profit world, scientific research, pharmaceutical entrepreneurship, innovative technological start-ups, large-scale distribution and gaming, taking care of the drafting of the privacy documentation imposed by European Regulation no. 679 of 2016 (GDPR), preparing so-called ‘privacy by design’ projects for particularly sensitive data processing.
It assists for-profit and not-for-profit entities in the management of data breaches, also taking care of the relevant notification and further subsequent relations with the Privacy Guarantor. It also assists companies that provide call centre services, dealing with privacy issues relating to the transfer abroad of user data, marketing activity and profiling. He carries out due diligence activities in privacy policy at clients' premises. Over the years, she has gained specific expertise in legal and tax consultancy in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She has also gained particular experience in tax litigation, representing and defending companies and entities in both administrative and judicial proceedings.

Is the Data Protection Officer for a number of leading international business groups, companies specializing in the management of e-commerce platforms, groups specializing in the betting sector, innovative start-ups, national pensioners' associations, national medical associations, banking foundations dedicated to the support and development of charitable projects, organizations dedicated to the fight against audiovisual piracy, healthcare institutions and non-profit organizations dedicated to medical and scientific research. 

Academic activities

  • For many years he has been a speaker on data protection at events dedicated to this legislation and at national conferences of medical-scientific societies. He gives didactic courses on data protection, holding courses valid for obtaining training credits for lawyers, and is a speaker recognized by the National Forensic Council
