Alessandro Polettini has gained specific experience in commercial contracts, mainly of an international nature, sale and purchase of companies and businesses, and international arbitration. He also deals with compliance, privacy, digital law and digital security (231, GDPR and data protection, cyber security).
He also works in contractual matters on a national and international scale, assisting clients in all stages of litigation and in alternative dispute resolution procedures, in which he has gained particular expertise in international arbitration, whether administered (Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, Geneva, London, Canton Ticino, Zurich, Hong Kong, Cairo, etc., Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce of Milan and Turin) or not.
Alessandro has also delved into issues related to Regulation 2016/679 (Privacy and GDPR) and Legislative Decree 231/2001 (compliance).
