Alessandro Barbieri has developed a specific and consolidated experience in the field of administrative law with particular reference to maritime domain, ports and management of public assets in general, as well as in the field of local public services, public contracting, project financing procedures, urban planning and construction.
In the field of maritime domains, ports and local public services, he assists public administrations and private entrepreneurs in procedures for the establishment and adjustment of in-house and/or mixed companies, project financing and enhancement of public assets under public-private partnerships, both in procedural dynamics and in the structuring of proposals and/or initiatives for the realization and management of the related infrastructures.
Moreover, in the area of administrative law he assists both private entities and public administrations in relation to all aspects related to public procedures for the realization of works, supplies or services.
His work includes assistance in administrative court litigation, including before the Court of Auditors in judgments of administrative-erial responsibility and account.
