Grimaldi Alliance, an international legal services network with over 2000 professionals operating in 70 markets, strengthens its strategic presence in Saudi Arabia. After the Jeddah office, offices will also open in the cities of Riyadh and Dammam thanks to the important joint venture between the Egyptian firm – already partner of Grimaldi Alliance – ALC and the Saudi firm Mithaq.
The team will consist of more than 20 multilingual professionals based in the three locations and will represent the new regional player for Grimaldi Alliance, which thus triples its presence in the Arabian Peninsula with this new strategic alliance.
In detail, Mithaq & ALC Alieldean Weshahi and Partners will be able to count on a team of Saudi Arabian professionals, bilingual lawyers with great global experience, who are strongly synergic with the international team of the Grimaldi Alliance.
Grimaldi Alliance thus strengthens its presence in an extremely important and strategically crucial country for the area’s economic development in the coming years.
This is also confirmed by the words of Managing Partner Francesco Sciaudone: “The fundamental role of Saudi Arabia for the whole region is well known and with our partners in the Emirates, Egypt, Turkey and other important countries in the region, GA Saudi Arabia will be able to offer a unique platform to help customers and professionals from all over the world. In fact, GA Saudi Arabia represents the only truly international professional legal hub able to support sophisticated multinational clients seeking to invest in the region and the only one that is able to provide assistance in relation to Arab investments in over 60 countries around the world, able to support them directly from Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.”
“Moreover, thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s recent inclusion in the BRICS bloc and its commitment to the Saudi Vision 2030 programme, we firmly believe that this region will play a key role in the growth of our business. It is willing to contribute significantly to the success of our alliance,” Sciaudone concluded.
