Grimaldi Alliance, Chiara Torino new equity partner for venture capital and labour

Grimaldi Alliance announces another important new entry in Milan with the arrival and appointment of Chiara Torino.

Chiara – who has been active in the labour market for a long time – follows national and international clients and will be the coordinator of the new area of competence of the Grimaldi Alliance dedicated to Venture Capital, which will be able to count on a mix of competences and territorial coverage and thus constitute a real one-stop shop for the whole industry, thus simplifying and facilitating the activity in an economic sector that attracts more and more global investors.

Chiara is an expert in labour law, trade union law, industrial law and competition law and has particular experience with innovative realities such as start-ups and SMEs with high growth potential. The Grimaldi Alliance’s labour law area thus grows to around 40 professionals throughout Italy and becomes a point of reference for the professional services market in Italy.

”Chiara’s arrival gives us great pleasure, we must increasingly attract talent and increasingly focus our activity on the areas of expertise that the market requires, structuring an offer of professional services – such as the one we have today on venture capital and labour law – increasingly differentiated from the rest of the market, thanks to the multidisciplinary and integrated approach, as well as national and international geographic coverage,” says Francesco Sciaudone Managing Partner of Grimaldi Alliance.

“I thank Grimaldi Alliance for the trust. The Managing Partner’s entrepreneurial vision towards increasingly innovative, sophisticated and distinctive professional services, I believe, is a great value for the development of our market, in which I fully recognise myself,’ highlighted Chiara Torino.
