Bertolotti is Professor of Commercial Law and Industrial Law at the University of Roma Tre, where he is also Director of the Commercial Law Area of the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions. He is also a lecturer at the Guardia di Finanza School of Economic and Financial Police and a member of the Scientific Committee of the Ministry of Economy and Finance for the continuous training of Legal Auditors.

Bertolotti is a highly experienced professional with significant expertise in corporate law, financial markets, corporate governance, arbitration, banking law, crisis law and restructuring; in his long career he has held and continues to hold prestigious institutional and academic positions.

With more than 30 years' experience in the Ghedini Longo law firm, alongside lawyers Piero Longo and Niccolò Ghedini, Ms Rubini has a rich curriculum vitae in the field of criminal law and procedure. She was a member of the Legislative Bureau of the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers, as well as of several ministerial commissions with Justice Ministers Diliberto and Cartabia. Most recently, with Minister Nordio, she was also appointed to the commission working on the drafting of a legislative proposal to reform the penal process.

She was also vice-president of the Criminal Chamber of Padua and is currently in charge of the Territorial School for the Padua Court District. Daniel Fesler, a distinguished Belgian lawyer with almost 30 years of experience, has recently completed an important professional experience at Baker McKenzie lasting more than 22 years as a partner, including 6 years as Belgian managing partner.
