Grimaldi Alliance operates in Oman through the Baitulhikma law firm.

The firm was founded in 2008 as a partnership between Al Yahyaei and Subhi Salt, the head of Baitulhikma in Abu Dhabi. Bait-ulhikma Law Firm started as a solo practice in 1982 and has since grown to become one of the leading law firms in the UAE. It currently employs 40 associates in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. With its partnership in the Sultanate, it provides a full range of services in the GCC region, representing some of the largest companies in the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman.
